How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order.
How do I return an item?
To start a return online, email sbauermeister@mainstreamboutique.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Flower Mound. Online orders can't be returned to other locations.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 30 days of purchase can be returned for a credit in the form of store credit that can be used online or in store. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals!
I have a reward earned at Mainstream Boutique Flower Mound. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online?

Mainstream boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated! Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores!
How do I apply in store credit to an online purchase?
